Constitutional Toilet paper

The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth.

"The fight is unusual because it thrives outside the so-called mainstream media, far beyond the oak-paneled offices of $700-an-hour lawyers and a world away from the 535 individuals whose surnames are preceded by Representative or Senator."

JUST PRODUCE THE DOCUMENT, so we can put this to bed!

WOW all i can say is wow

New patch, new hair, new talents new moves.Whats not to love?I not going to go into to all the changes I am going to say "Neft Ret pallys and Tanklocks!I took the Fury spec with "Titans Grip" It's not so good for PVP so after I get my belt I am gonna try it out on PVE then maybe respect to arms.

All the while I am slowly working on Badfun my lvl 63 druid.I respected him to Resto so far it rocks! All in all the new content is cool as hell, But new patch day has held it's traditon of been fubared. With World server crashes and random dissconnects and lag to boot and to top it of a Q to log in.They will get it sorted out over the next few weeks just in time for the Xpac to come out and mess things uo again!

Metallica's new album

Same old sound? ya maybe, but it is pretty alright. I must agree with those that say it has a "An Justice for all" kinda feel. But it goes beyond the melodic sounds they are known for. The lyrics are well thought out.My only gripe is that some of the songs come in a bit long. Maybe it just me, I can't seem to get enough short and sweet songs that rock ass! Looks like Metallica has resurrected their place in my heart with this new album. They have a show booked at the new BOK center in Tulsa during November I may have to go.

Scca event in Tulsa

Well as you can tell by the banner change I have gone car crazy for the week.Saturday I attended The NeOk Scca September to remember Event day one. I did eight runs around the course. It only took runs five to make a clean finish. It's actually a lot harder than it looks, When those cone are coming up on you fast you HAVE to discern what direction you need to go next and how to set up the next corner in a matter of a split second if you miss a cone you DNF, it is quite a rush. You can run up to two "classes" per day. Each class you pay for gets you four runs on the course. The cars class was the first four runs, 3 DNF's (did not finish).Second Class was the driver level, I was entered into Novice.Out of the 20 plus I was 11th.All in all it was really fun.I did some ride alongs as well, some of the guys out there are fantastic drivers.

Solo II, also known as autocrossing, is an automotive competition in which cars are sent one at a time - hence the word "solo" - to negotiate a course composed of slaloms, Chicago boxes, hairpin turns and fast sweepers defined by traffic pylons. Finishing position is based upon elapsed time to complete the course, with the lowest time winning. Vehicle agility and handling are emphasized rather than brute power or top speed. The top speed encountered is normally less than legal highway speeds.-Neko Scca site

I'd also like to point out a few guys that were super nice and helpful.Adam and Paul the event co chairs,Jordan(1st gen RX) and Myn(eov S8 AWD Turbo) also Kevin(Toyota Corolla) really good drivers that helped me a lot.

Glenn Beck's ONset Program

This week the Democratic party will attempt to hold its first convention that is totally green. They will talk about recycling, buying carbon offsets, and even serve multi-colored foods for some reason.
What can you to help? Take part in our carbon ONset program. We are asking you to make just a few small sacrifices to completely wipe out any potential energy savings the Democrats claim credit for. (By 'energy savings', we mean buying their way out of the energy they'll use by flying in tens of thousands of people to a city so they can announce Barack Obama as their candidate. Seems like most people already knew that, but I digress).

Zero Confidence in State records

Zero Confidence in State records is damn skippy! The back story is this, the State of Oklahoma makes the taxpayer bear the burden if proof when a car dealer is incompetent. I bought a car for my wife about 5 years ago however the place we bought it at went out of business. When I made my last payment(on a Friday) The owner told me he would do a lien release on the following Monday. I held up my end made all my payments on time and what not, the used car dealer did not! Now its my problem to prove that I own a car thats been in my possession for almost 6years now. So I jumped threw all the hoops the OK tax commission requires and I receive a letter saying the address THEY gave me is incorrect and I have to start over. Meanwhile you bet your ass they cashed my check I sent them.
The Oklahoma Tax commission are a bunch of cock suckers. If there is anyway from now until the day I die to get back at these fucktards, I will. I swear as God as my witness I will!

Scars on Broadway

I am a big fan of of System of a down. That being said most SOAD fans are upset that the band has been put on hold so some of the members can pursue solo careers. I love the fact that I am getting twice the music due to Serj Tankin (lead singer) had a album come out about 6 months ago now we have Scars on Broadway (guitar, and drummer) with their new album. Granted this music isn't for everyone, however the site has to be one of the coolest launch sites I have seen in a while(for a album). What i like most about Scars is Darren is just doing what he likes. There's no predefined sound,it has all it's own.

The Toadies Rocked!

After checking out some video's on youtube I was unsure of how good the Toadies were going to be live. They were awesome. The only song off "Rubber Neck" they didn't play was velvet.Plus they played 4-5 songs from their new album that comes out August 19th.

The opening acts were local 1st up was "The Effects" They were pretty good really big sound but IMO had some mixing issues.

2nd up was "The Wiggs" Great sound from a 3 piece band,They had some feed back issues during a song or two but I liked their sound and song writing better than the 1st act. Both of these Local bands were good I would see them again if I got the chance.

One last thing it was odd seeing the new BOK arena just a mile from the Cains ballroom, If you live in Tulsa and have the chance to see a group you like at the Cain's do so.It's such a different kind of show than a arena show.

Do you wanna die?

One of my co-workers scored tickets to see the Toadies off the radio and asked me to go with him.I said "Hell ya" They are the cat's meow. This show is in support of their new album due out this August "No Deliverance".

Tony Snow dies at 53

What a loss, Tony Snow was one of a kind in on age of rudeness.I really enjoyed Tony's brand of common sense.

Tony Snow, the former White House press secretary and conservative pundit who bedeviled the press corps and charmed millions as a FOX News television and radio host, died Saturday after a long bout with cancer. He was 53. -Fox news

What if?

What if everyone was just like me? Well for starters MtDew would be 5 bucks a can because it would be in such high demand. All of the new/used car lots would be out of business because I refuse to finance a vehicle. The chicks would all look like sinead o connor because I am bald.No Aholes on the cell phone because I refuse to get one. The world would be a fracked up place, oh wait it already is.

Upgrades seem nice

With a total of 450 buck-a-roonies spent I am very happy with my current build.
AMD 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+
2.30 GHz
2 gig RAM
8800 GT
It's funny how this is the least money I have ever spent on a upgrade and it's the fastest computer I have ever owned.

Interesting Email.

I don't know what you guys are paying for gasoline.... but here in California we are also paying higher, up to $3 . 50 per gallon . But my line of work is in petroleum for about 31 years now, so here are some tricks to get more of your money's worth for every gallon..
Here at the Kinder Morgan Pipeline where I work in San Jose , CA we deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period thru the pipeline . One day is diesel the next day is jet fuel, and gasoline, regular and premium grades . We have 34-storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 gallons .

1.Only buy or fill up your car or truck in the early morning when the ground temperature is still cold . Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground . The colder the ground the more dense the gasoline, when it gets warmer gasoline expands, so buying in the afternoon or in the evening....your gallon is not exactly a gallon . In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and the temperature of the gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products plays an important role.! A 1-degree rise in temperature is a big deal for this business . But the service stations do not have temperature compensation at the pumps .

2.When you're filling up do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle to a fast mode . If you look you will see that the trigger has three (3) stages: low, middle, and high . In slow mode you should be pumping on low speed, thereby minimizing the vapors that are created while you are pumping . All hoses at the pump have a vapor return . If you are pumping on the fast rate, some of the liquid that goes to your tank becomes vapor . Those vapors are being sucked up and back into the underground storage tank so you're getting less worth for your money .

3.One of the most important tips is to fill up when your gas tank is HALF FULL . The reason for this is, the more gas you have in your tank the less air occupying its empty space . Gasoline evaporates faster than you can imagine . Gasoline storage tanks have an internal floating roof . This roof serves as zero clearance between the gas and the atmosphere, so it minimizes the evaporation . Unlike service stations, here where I work, every truck that we load is temperature compensated so that every gallon is actually the exact amount

4.Finally, if there is a gasoline truck pumping into the storage tanks when you stop to buy gas, DO NOT fill up--most likely the gasoline is being stirred up as the gas is being delivered, and you might pick up some of the dirt that normally settles on the bottom .
Hope this will help you get the most value for your money . DO SHARE THESE TIPS WITH OTHERS!.
Fill up in the morning in the slow mode when your tank is half full but not when the tankers are filling the storage tanks

Don’t discount Gore-led ticket Oh my!

“If it (the nomination process) goes into the convention, don’t be surprised if someone different is at the top of the ticket,” Mahoney said.

A compromise candidate could be someone such as former vice president Al Gore, Mahoney said last week during a meeting with this news organization’s editorial board.

If either Clinton or Obama suggested to a deadlocked convention a ticket of Gore-Clinton or Gore-Obama, the Democratic Party would accept it, Mahoney said.

I don't see how either of them would accept that.
